Meet Our Team

Jim moved to Old Saybrook, Connecticut from Chicago in 1991 and has been an active member of OSRC since then.  He has been an OSRC Board member since 2021.  He, his wife Nancy, and their four children (Maggie, Max, Katie, and Alex) are all avid tennis players and have been active members of OSRC.

He currently works as a management consultant for a boutique strategy firm headquartered in Chicago, IL.  His consulting career was launched in 1993 and he has worked for many companies helping them develop and deploy their business strategies.  Before consulting, Jim held leadership roles within GE spanning several disciplines including sales, marketing, strategic quality, product support, and business development.

Susan has been working in the tennis industry for over 20 years, whether it has been running programs at several tennis clubs throughout New England, teaching on the court, or growing the game with USTA New England.  Tennis has not only been in her life professionally but personally as well.  

Susan grew up playing tennis and swimming competitively.  She played both sports through high school and even managed to win a state doubles title.  She played socially for many years, but it wasn’t until she moved back to Connecticut that she started playing adult USTA league tennis.  

Malissa and her husband moved from Savannah, GA to Ivoryton, CT in 2022. She loves tennis and working at the club!
